Self defense for women

Self defence has always been my favorite bb scenario, especially kickboxing.
I always fantasized about getting my ass handed to me by a kickboxer in the ring, women in the audience shouting : 'kick him in the balls'. With a well placed kick, or punch to the balls, and then being thrown into an audience of women to rip my shorts off; I guess it's the humiliation aspect.
Anyway, great stuff so far.:)

I bought an old out of production book by Kathy Long after reading the comments on Amazon (book store on line). The comments were positive but mentioned in each one about how the author, Kathy Long, puts a lot of emphasis on going for the testicles. There are a lot of pictures too.
Some parts of the book:
- Groin grabs are performed when you're attacked from the front or the rear. Your fingers are held open and are fairly relaxed. Quickly grab the testicles. Squeeze as hard as you can. This is a straight line technique. Do not waste motion. Throw it as cleanely as possible. Do not grab the penis. This will case little damage: be sure to reach under the groin for the testicles."
-"Front Kick". It's also thrown with the instep or better yet, with the shin, to the groin. When using a front kick to the groin, target deep: think about placekicking a football: lift your leg explosively into the testicles. A rising shin to the groin is amazingly effective from behind, and only slightly less marvelous from the front."

Another technique she talks about in many ways is to attack the face first to draw his attention away and after he "reacts to the pain", "drive you foot, shin, or knee explosively into his testicles".

A good book to leave on your coffee table when you have lady visitors. It would probably be found very interesting to them when you leave the room and a good topic of conversation when the opportunity arises.

I read an interview with Kathy Long once, in which she described how she had defended herself when a guy grabbed her. She squeezed his balls so hard he needed hospitalisation, one testicle being badly injured. Thats one mean girl! The interviewer was female, and she said she found that an "inspiring" story.
