I finally found what I asked for last time when I was new member.

on this program,John kicks some trainer's ball and he just stands.

Does anyboy know how to buy this as DVD?

When I read the title of this thread I thought John Pullum was some super-strong guy who can take a lot of pain, but reading further, it sounds like he just likes hurting other people. Anyone can be the "King of Pain" if they are the one dishing it out. :)
