first you kneed paint shop pro 4.12 or 4.14 as your image editor. You need
media player classic see capture of movie image with capture of psp editor attached
if your interested ill make both programs available with the instructions,. It is not as simple
as it at first seems but like a martial art once you know the combination its childs play

Why can't some one develop a system with the pause feature and right click to save picture as ? too many functions with the same soft ware like windows media to process another ah ha photo shop imported I guess

Or you just open the video in Window Movie Maker and pause where you want, then save the image. Easiest way.
