That clip is a Velvet Kicks video. Go to the VelvetKicks.net web page Click on "short clips", then on "show 50 clips per page", and it's the last one on page 1. The mistress is Alexandra, who used to have a dungeon in New York called Alcatraz, but has not been around for a few years. Enjoy!
