Sneakers and boots definitely give the best busts in my opinion. Pointed high-heels are very sexy but are not the best for busting.

Sneakers seem to suit the domme well too, in my opinion, i.e. she is usually able to move more freely in them and they don't hurt her feet as much when she kicks hard.

Socks, barefoot, sneakers, boots, in roughly that order. Or anything playful. Particularly the 'accidental' stomp or hit, accompanied by laughter, an insincere apology, and absolutely no remorse. Next would be the dommy pin (or tie) and hit.
