I may not be the most knowledgeable when it comes to internet legal issues, but it seems to me that it would be much more appropriate to address this kind of thing as a private issue with the administration staff, rather than making a public spectacle of it...if this even is legit, of which I have my doubts.

Please follow proper procedure for complaints of that nature, which I'll remind you of here. I'll assume that you're not just trolling and that you will follow through on this matter that you've started (or otherwise be prepared to explain your post to the Administrator & Management).

That's the correct procedure.
You've already read it. You agreed to it when you registered. I'm just reminding you.

I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt as to whether or not your post is about a real issue or just trolling. We can only guess at your real motivations. The vagueness of your opening post is incredible.

Helpful Hint: Think in terms of clearly identifying the material(s) you're complaining about in exact, precise and unambiguous terms, accompanied by notarized proof of copyright/ownership as well as identification (and any other pertinent/relevant legalities).

In any event, the open forum is not the place to make a post of that nature. Please follow the correct procedure.

That's why the DMCA requires that legal take-down notices include very specific references to the location of the material to be removed. As such, this is not a legally binding take-down notice. Honestly, my best guess is that this guy just wants to see attachments and didn't know what to post.

Please ignore this person.

He have a posting board where he shared our material and we called his host after asking him 2 times to not share our content.

He got a notice to remove it from his host or his server would be shut down yesterday. Our content got removed and now he tries to play games.

If you read this "Kees Groen" please stop stealing other peoples work and ask money to let surfers see it. Shame on you!

Next time the lawsuit that was send to your hosting will go thru so feel free to stop sharing our content and you can keep your site up (unless other websites get enough of your stealing of content too ofcourse):)
