From my experience - they just interact as normal people. What went on before the camera was a job. After several of my sessions I took the women out to dinner and we had a great time talking about a lot of things unrelated to ballbusting. With a payed professional in a private setting - the same thing. As soon as the session was over - our relationship was perfectly normal, we would have a drink and talk about other things.
