I can only think of one. In Dubstar's song "Cathedral park", the beautiful Sarah Blackwood sings "I am the knee in your groin".

I've also got a live recording by Lush with a ballbusting reference. In between two songs someone in the audience screams out something in a high-pitched voice, to which the beautiful singer Miki Berenyi replies: "Oh, I'm afraid someone lost his testicles at the back". In an interview Miki also said that she would like to place music journalist Everett True's balls in a vice and squeeze very hard.
