Attachment Quota

I seemed to have reached an overall maximum attachment quota. I am no longer able to upload attachments, no matter how big or small the attachements are. I didn't know there was a max.

Yes there is. It graph bar shows how much you have left. To get more space just delete some of your old attachments and that will give you room for more.
