Very interesting programme! Despite his reaction it doesn't look to me as if the ball actually directly hit his nuts - it seemed more a glancing blow and his thigh took most of the impact. Also, for a true 'balls only' hit either the cock needs to be strapped out of the way or the blow needs to come from below rather than the front. I think I'd prefer a combination of Fresh Baked and this where a footballer or cheerleader runs up and kicks his nuts. Also, it would be interesting to compare someone who is in to BB against someone who isn't.

When writes can't come up with anything good they just throw in a kick to the nuts to try to get some laughs. This is sort of like ... does getting hit in the nuts hurt... does the thought of pain raise your hart rate... yes to both. I imagine that someone that was afraid of needles would have the same elevated hart rate waiting for a flue shot and that doesn't hurt nearly as much as a shot to the nuts.
