As long as it's only hot when you're aroused, I wouldn't worry about it. Just means you have healthy circulation. If it's hot at other times, there's a chance your body's trying to kill an infection. I don't think its size that really matters. I think its more getting used to the pain and then advancing. Eventually your nerves would become more and more numb to the pain. I started out slow with my husband and now I'm very harsh with his balls. I think I actually need to start doing hand exercises to be able to squeeze them harder. I prefer squeezing than stepping on them, seems much more intentional.
