Well I think when it come to a good knee it the nuts, it's all about techique.

It's very important for a girl to make sure that the nuts are impacted with the ball of the knee so that the kneecap strike the balls to ensure 100% effect.

If the knee is struck too deep into the groin, this means that the nuts will be impacted more with inner thigh which provides more cushioning & effectively reduces the efficiency.
