That one looks great. I have two vises of different designs, but I think that one is probably the better one.

The Visible Ball Crusher (http://www.chaseunion.com/cat2/visible.htm)
This one is fun because you can really see the balls flatten out and turn whitish. (On a couple of occasions I've been emailed pictures of pancakes because they, in her mind, looked so much like my squashed nuts. :wooow) But on mine, at least, the holes in the lexan parts were too large for the provided bolts and so getting a good even squeeze, not tilted too much to one side, is tricky. Still, not impossible, and I could probably just get a slightly larger set of bolts.

Lockable Ball Stretcher (http://web-001.meo-team.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=38_32&products_id=4145) (the heavy one) with Splitter/Crusher Attachment (http://web-001.meo-team.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=4149)
These were expensive, perhaps stupidly so, but at the time I really wanted them--and they've been a lot of fun. Makes crushing easy. The collar's comfortable (heavy!), closes with a hex wrench, can be locked with a clip and can be worn long-term if so desired [ordered] by someone--oog. >_<
There's probably similar-quality stuff found at better prices, but I'm very happy with the play i've had with these, and wouldn't trade that back for anything :jumpsmile

This (http://web-001.meo-team.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=38_33&products_id=4133) looks really fun too.

This (http://www.stockroom.com/b962.htm) looks hardcore (and likely is) but i don't know how comfortable that'd be, relatively speaking.

Now THIS (http://www.extremerestraints.com/humbler-with-ball-crusher_2365.html) looks like it'd do the trick...
here's (http://forum.myredbook.com/dcforum2/DCForumID30/1386.html) an archived thread about building something like it.

What do you all think?

That looks great!

We usually squeeze the balls from the sides making them press to each-other but it's nice idea to squeeze them from the upside down. This may also cause some serious damage to the cord, so you can have a ********** without even have the crushing process finnished.

So, some time ago, I set out to make a ball crusher. I read several designs on the internet, but they all seemed either too complex or like they wouldn't really be effective for me. I have tight balls which don't hang down a whole lot, so devices which don't have any means to pull them into the crusher a little and hold them in place well, just aren't going to work for me. So I designed and built my own. This is not that design. That design accomplished its basic mission, which is to say that it crushes testicles, but it had several drawbacks. To begin with it was complicated and difficult to assemble. I had to put very large holes in some places to adjust for imperfections. It is larger than I would have liked. It was difficult to put on and sometimes pinches the skin. It was also tough to remove it quickly.

Given the shortcomings of my first attempt, I set out to design a ball crusher which was simple, cheaply and easily made by people with little or no skill at carpentry, would hold the nuts well, wouldn't pinch the skin, and could be put on and taken off fairly quickly and easily. I feel that I have succeeded with my new design in meeting all of these goals. I've built one of these and it works great.

Basic materials:
A flat piece of wood, not too thin (I recommend a 1x4 or 2x4)
A dowel (about 1 inch in diameter)
4 long bolts (4 inches or more, but should be threaded all the way down)
4 wing nuts (which fit on the bolts)
8 screw-in eyelets (the shaft of the bolt should fit through the eyelet, the head should not. If you can't find any
2 velcro wrappers (these are two-sided velcro ties, hooks on one side, loops on the other, and a hole to let you thread it back through itself. They are usually intended for wrapping cables up, so you'll find them in the audio/video section of some stores. I've also seen them at dollar stores)

The total cost of all materials should be about $10-15. You'll actually have to buy enough wood to make at least two crushers (maybe 3), so if you're unhappy with sizes or so forth from your first attempt, the second one should be cheaper.

What we're going to build has the following basic form: The two dowels are tightened around the scrotum above the balls using the velcro wrappers. Then the bolts and wingnuts are used to force the piece of wood closer and closer to the dowels, thus crushing the testicles which are trapped in between. I'll try to post some pictures soon.

1) Cut one piece of the flat piece of wood about 5" (you might want to try more or less depending on your balls and how big everything flattens out)
2) Cut two pieces of the dowel to the same length. (Many stores will do the cutting for you, if you ask. If not, a very cheap handsaw should suffice.)
3) Screw in an eyelet to the end of each dowel. It helps to make a starter hole. This can be done with a drill or by nailing a small nail in just a bit and then taking it out again. Make sure to leave some of the shaft below the eyelet exposed (i.e. don't screw it absolutely as far in as possible, just to the end of the threads)
4) Screw two eyelets into each end of the flat piece of wood, about an inch apart.
5) Each bolt should now be able to be placed through two eyelets, one on the dowel and one on the flat piece. The head of the bold should be placed on the dowel side.
6) The wing nuts can then be screwed onto the ends of the bolts.

That's all of the construction, really.

To apply the ball vice, first the balls should be placed in between the dowels. Then the velcro wraps should be wrapped around the shafts of the eyelets in order to squeeze the two dowels together, thus trapping the testicles in the bottom of the scrotum. The dowels should be squeezed together tightly enough that the testicles will not squeeze out between the dowels (which is very dangerous if it happens because it involves a large distention of the testicles and may result in rupture), but not so tight as to cut off the blood flow. In practice, just sort of doing a good hand-tightening of the velcro straps has worked well for this, but if you want to make sure that the blood supply hasn't been cut off, do this step and then wait a while. If you feel tingling or numbness, it is too tight.

Next, simply, tighten down the wing nuts until the flat piece is resting against the testicles. Then, to squeeze, just tighten it down more.

If you want to release the balls from the vice, just undo the velcro straps and the balls will come right out.

Anyway, I hope these instructions are clear. I will try to get some pictures posted in the next couple of days to clarify things further.
