I voted for side angle, but it is a toss up between side and rear view for me. The pov and upskirt angles often get too close. The camera or camera operator is in the way of the action, not a part of the action. Videos go in and out of focus and are too wobbly. A nice steady camera from a few feet away produces the best results. Also, if there is audio, having the microphone just out of the way of the action picks up the sound of everything in the room instead of just the bustee grunting, which gives the viewer a truer sense of what is going on.
An occasional extreme close-up shot is fine, just remember to pull back so everything is shown for the majority of the time. I like to see facial expressions, the wind-up to the kicks, and reactions from both the buster and bustee and the total package of the women, not just the guy's package!

Side... though really it depends on whats being done... in a grab i like to see the hand... and her expression so.. stomping pov is amazing...

really, its side overall, just because its best of all worlds, but POV is hypothetically my answer IF the camera work is really good...
