I cant belive it took me this long to find it. Ive been into cbt for years.
Im mostly into stretching and crushing. Just before posting this I had 55 pounds of weight hanging from my balls. I could only keep it there for a minute, not because of the pain but because of the fear somethings gonna rip or pop :cryingblu
