"Here's $100, knee me in the balls."
I doubt any charges would be filed by authorities. (It could be embarrassing though.) I wonder if taking off clothes and having bare balls kneed for money would be illegal. I imagine this might be. Especially as we would have to be in private.

Here is the legal definition of prostitution:
prostitution n. the profession of performing sexual acts for money. Prostitution is a crime throughout the United States, except for a few counties in the State of Nevada, where it is allowed in licensed houses of prostitution. Soliciting acts of prostitution is also a crime, called pandering or simply, soliciting.
A sexual act could include sexual contact to the testicles for money. In a court case, you would be in deep shit -- the definition is very controversial.

America the land of freedom ?
But I am also against commercial exploit of sexuality.
I think it is ridiculous to pay for sex.
You experience sexuality together just because you are both horny.
Not because you need the money and someone else is horny.

That died about eight years ago. Also, I hate to say it, but it will remain dead.

The person you invite to knee you for money could probably call it sexual harrasment if it was just a random girl.
And one thread is quite sufficient for the question...

Laws vary a lot from nation to nation and from state to state within the US. Generally, in most places hiring someone to do BDSM stuff to you is not illegal as long as there's no sex involved. But in some places, they specifically mention hiring someone to touch your privates as illegal. Punching, kicking, etc. could be considered a form of touching.
If you want to know if it's legal where you are, go read the law rather than asking a bunch of people on an online forum.

Read my reply to your other thread of the same topic for a fuller reply - the short version is, if you're in England - you can be charged with **** for hiring a prostitute thanks to feminists.

Depends which country you're in.
Are brothels illegal too in the U.S.?
It's not in Australia, so i guess you could just go there and ask. Or a call girl.

It's lawful to hire a dominatrix to kick your balls. Why wouldn't it be lawful to hire anyone to do it?
Brothels are only legal in the US in Nevada.

I pay for ballbusting on a very regular basis...been doing this for about 2 years. I post ads on backpage and craigslist. I aways state "no sex" or "nothing sexual". I get a pic and as much info about the woman before we meet. I stay away from women who are obvious escorts.
