...a stage performance by the legendary UK industrial/electronic band Throbbing Gristle. The woman in the video is (I believe) band-member Cosey Fanni Tutti. TG were also infamous for showing real videos of eye surgery while playing live and writing tracks about Auschwitz and the Moors Murderers. Oh yeah... and they did all of this this back in the 1970's...so eat shit Marilyn Manson.

For all interested they went on to create various projects including Psychic TV, Coil and also Chris and Cosey. The front man of TG - Genesis P-Orridge - was hounded out of the UK for helping to create a kind of transgressive fan club for teens (lol) called Thee Temple Ov Psychick Youth, along with also being arrested for distributing hard-core porn images to tourists in London (he'd hidden them in packs of cheery holiday postcards) and bronzing two foetuses for use as earings.

The same bloke has recently had breasts fitted to go along with his personally devised dick op' -- i.e., he split his cock down the middle and placed metal hoops around the shaft to hold it together.
