Now I don't know how to use photoshop etc.

But how would, for example, a fake photo of Kim Possible kicking a villain where it hurts be made?

I am no expert in photoshop, but have made collages in the past. Maybe a longer method, but it works.

A good start is to find a pic of this Kim in a kicking position and a pic of the bad guy in a position as if they are being kicked in the groin. Then, the two pics will need to be combined together into one. After they have been combined, I would carefully remove any bits of the pics I dont need and change the position of the pics to make it more lifelike.

Now, how to get the one of the high kick, kicking him in the you know what, that's the final aim.

It all starts with layers, however there's way to much to describe how photo manipulation is done, so try youtube to get some knowledge. Here's a good tutorial.
