BDSMHaifa is run on a standard VBulletin forum just exactly like this one. All the buttons are in the same places and all the questions are the same to register an account. Why don't you open two browser windows side by side - one with Femaledom's forum (not logged in obviously) and one for BDSMHaifa. Then just follow the same steps in each browser window to apply for membership in both.

BTW to the best of my knowledge BDSM Haifa's native language is Hebrew, not Yiddish (and I speak neither so don't consider me any kind of an expert). So it will be the "Hebrew" tab you are looking for on google translate.
