Technical Question about saving vids from **********

For some reason the ballbusting videos I have bought from a couple stores (Princess Monique and Lynn) save in this weird .wpl format instead of the standard .wmv. Does anyone know if there is a program available that will convert these files back to .wmv or something else that is playable by most programs? Or, am I doing something wrong when I am saving, or is there a different media player that I need to be using to play these files? I have tried several without success.
