Heads up to people who don't like seeing the more "extreme" pics on here:

pic 1 has a syringe going into someones balls, and also seems to have a nail or something going through them.

pic 2: someones scrotum nailed to a board, and has been torn/cut a bit so you can see inside, blood etc.

1. I don't think anyone can tell from that pic unless they have some inside knowledge.

2. Looks (to me) like it's just a skin injury, so stitches could fix it. The open skin would put you at risk of getting an infection in there though, especially if you're staying that way for a long time.

3. Yes, long term injuries are very possible, especially if you're going to these levels.
