Karen and Bob both agreed that his overgrown organs were attracting too much attention. Sharon had made some other suggestions that she wanted them Karen and Bob both to consider. Since they were having Bob undergo a non-reversible vasectomy with vas resection, Sharon wanted the couple to consider Dr. Chueng's suggestion to perform a flap resection of the scrotum, excising a large portion of skin; leaving Bob with what Dr. Cheung called a 'minimal testes pouch'.
