The idea is, you ask the girl of your choice to spin your balls around in the hope of ********** you.
I read about a guy from Brazil who is able to do just that, with his own hands. My wife tried to do some twisting on my battered balls: with no luck and a great deal of pain too me.

I know that, vets use this method in order to minimise bleeding and it is quicker than other methods. However, the vet must first make an incision down the centre of the animal’s balls: in order to pull out the testicles and twist them. Therefore, I do not think it is possible to do it with the sac uncut.

Having said that, well, I had to stop my wife from twisting because of the pain I felt, so it might be down to breaking the pain barrier.

Anyone tried or heard of this method before and would this appeal to the ‘gentle women’, who frequent this site?

I've read somewhere that a difference lies between twisting a ball and twisting the whole ball sack.

While twisting one ball alone, which requires to open the scrotum due to adhesion of the testicular enveloppe is extremely and rapidely dangerous dangerous for the testicle health due to the torsion of the cord: it bust the nerve that brings pain and can be considered as a good result, it bust also the sperm canal, which is not so important, but above all, it squeezes the blood vessels, artery ans vein that irrigate the ball. If, by accident, the cord remains twisted a certain amount of time, the ball will die due to lack of blood supply.

Twisting the whole sack is much less dangerous as both cords only bear a compression and not a "narrow" torsion.

The latter is definetely much safer, but as painful...
