Just one problem with this scenario:
he cannot be kicked properly. At least in the sets shown in your post.

Anyway, the idea is not bad. Except that the guy should be lowered.

Here's another scenario. He's chained up by the ankles, hands cuffed behind his back and the ladies are allowed to use him for a punching bag. The three ladies punch the hell out of his balls, first starting off lightly, then full blown punches to his balls. They laugh with delight:
