After allowing her unsuspecting victim to think about why he is being punished, Rachel returns to find him still whining and complaining. There is mild resistance, so she decides that he is best off bound! Once he is prepared to her satisfaction, Mistress Rachel proceeds to totally destroy his body with her whip!!!!
