First may I say I suggest you include some pointers in your post, and write some more information. You simply asking us to email you doesn't validate you very well. I have no reason not to doubt that you're trying to sell something or being untrustworthy.

Secondly, I think everyone can do what they want, but I happen to like my porn addiction and all the rest of my addictions!

I do offer my opinion too much....so....

Addictions are addictions regardless of whether its cigarettes, alcohol, heroin or porn. All involve the release of endorphins and the resulting experience of euphoria. Masturbation to porn does this in the same way drugs do.

The 12-step programs out there seem to work for many. As it pertains specifically to porn, I heard a prison counselor lecturing a group of inmates (on t.v. of course :) ) and said the solutions is simply don't think about it. Redirect your thoughts elsewhere.

If anyone has a new way of curing an addiction, it is worth big bucks and I suggest starting a rehab clinic. Otherwise, it's the same old approach that therapy sessions have been following for many years.

Most important, you have to a) admit you have the addiction, but even more importantly b) decide to take steps towards getting rid of it. Without this, nothing matters.
