Then you have guys from the london area alledgingly begging for women to flatten their balls either cant be bothered or aint got the nads to play for real.

So whatever happenes to a guy who will come to an underground orgy cannot really complain because he might expose his identity. I am not saying that you have a gang of people who organize a crime, but noone knows noone in a forum. Also it is very difficult to find mates who have the same fetish to come and back you up in difficult situation.
Another thing is that some people do jobs that it could be a scandal if they get recognized by other people in a party and may see their faces in Metro the next day. I am a lecturer and I wouldn't like to meet accidentaly a student in a fetish party and then get threatened. The same goes for the policeman, the gudge, the politician, the teatcher, the footballer...
For other people as it is mentioned already the distance might be a problem (not for me , I am very close to Heathrow)
Others might feel shy to join a group of people that already know each other. Normaly people go in parties with a friend to avoid this unconfortable situation.

Very good post! Yes, the whole thing is about trust and protection. Of course, you always hear about the women's problems, and I agree and do not like to see women harassed or lurked by other males, but there is also the male's side. A sensitive male might fear that a woman really goes to far and hurts him, even if he did not consent. And then all the possible after-effects you mentioned.
