IVe seen some awsome Japan clips before where the jap girls would squeeze their balls or stomp on them till the guy faints and passes out (acted of cause) and some had a pop sound just before he passes out.

If I remember correctly, in this video the guy passes out while on the floor. Once he's out, the girls give a couple more kicks to make sure and there's no response from him.
