In Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance you can do custom fatalities that involve huge chains of moves, and one of the moves in the chain can be a groin kick that can be preformed on men or women.

Sophitia in the Soul Calibur series has knee attack that goes straight the groin.

I know Soul Calibur has a ton. Sophitia and Cassandra, my favorites, have a few knees and kicks and stabs. I believe one of them says "You like this kind of stuff?". LOL... one of the custom voices also works very well. Cassandra's finishing move is where she basically smashes her ass into your face and kills you. No joke. VG facesitting.

Yeah, throughout the Soul Caliber Series Sophitia and her doppleganger I believe, have had the knee to the nuts attack. Do it to a male character, and they grab their balls and drop straight to the ground. It's great.

I have to admit, I always did enjoy seeing Lizardman get kneed in the nuts and crumple in agony, his tail sticking up in the air lol.

And that Heavy Rain grab/squeeze is pretty amazing, and pretty intense.

Then of course way back in the Playstation One Era...in FF7, several girls threaten to squish and destroy Don Corneo's balls.

In Dragon Age, if you play a Rogue, one of their special attacks you can choose to unlock in the Dirty Fighting categoy is called "Low Blow" if i remember correctly. The description is something like "Kicks an enemy right where it hurts."

And that's exactly what the animation shows, too! Though the enemies don't react aside from being damaged.

Any wrestling game will have that. WWF No Mercy for the Nintendo 64 is probably the best one, especially because you could make the female characters naked (well, if you look closely, no, but still). WWE Day of Reckoning 2 for the Gamecube has Momentum Shifts where it's a kick square in the balls, or on her knees, and down grapple stomps. You can make characters big, small, muscular, skinny, or if you know what you are doing, big balls and small balls. No Mercy has this kneedrop to the groin (ouch!!!) That was always the one that got me.

...ok, I just checked. Scene "Fight shot 5" at violence level "extreme" is a pretty hard knee. I found it went well with a carrying scene following it. The carrying scenes work pretty well for suggesting femdom, non-consensual, or Amazon stuff.
