he tied his balls separately and let a girl make a good stomp. he tied too tight and make the balls restrained tightly in the bottom of sac.
unfortunately, the girl not just popped his right ball. the pressure in the tensed skin of sac make a big wound, and not just the ball ,but also the inner content flow out and make contact with the uncleaned environment. Thus make a total loss.
Same issue if testicles placed on a solid surface such as a table. If no ability to move out of the way even a little, does not take a lot of force to injure. Even a humbler has a little give against the legs and can move up and down.
