Help me get the Kindle book!

I've caved in and acctually want to check that book out now...

The problem is that the Kindle "app" isn't available in my country. :confused:


Of course I understand that the book is ghost written by someone here, but I'd still like
to read it. I'd be happy to pay for it. :)


Any of you that has it? Care for a review? ;)

Anyway you can sell it or get it for me? I'm sure someone should be able to copy it,
in one way or another...
