Now, which hurts worse-- chemicals simulating burning testicles.... or burning a testicle? You fear great fear as you see that she has produced a needle and a cigarette lighter, burning the tip of the needle until it glows.
Then she jabs it and it burns. Burning hurt worse than the red pepper extract liquid, but only for a few seconds. The red pepper pain has stayed at a conscious tortuous level after the burning pain subsides. You wonder why you do not vomit at the smell of your burnt testicle.
"Uh-Oh" she says, "I ruined the hole I was squeezing the junk out of your testicle by cauterizing it." She said this in a dumb airhead voice, like Marilyn Monroe, but she wasn't cute at all when she did it. You notice against how disgusting and repulsive her face is and her fat arms with blobs of cottage cheese on them, as she fishes around in her bag.

Ouch.... Ooooh punches. You could believe the pain. But it is a relief after the squeezing. Aaaargh, she returns to the squeezes.

You feel something wet above your penis, then, very painfully, on your scrotum, and look down and see her scribbling with a sharpie.

If you hadn't gone through such an ordeal, you might have thought getting the stitches were the worst pain of your life. Before, you might have said you were at a ten for pain, but after the ball pain you just went through, this is just an eight with the burning from the old dose of pepper extract. But it does really, really hurt. But then the new red pepper extract kicks in, and you are in constant pain, a higher level of heat than before. It stings as she pats your sack with alcohol, then goes to work with that sharp, sharp needle? When will your suffering end?

Your eyes stop weeping.
You lay there, recovering emotionally for about a minute, hoping to muster the strength to take care of yourself. Your mouth is closed until you feel a hard punch to your remaining testicle, at which time your mouth opens as you gasp for air. In goes the ball gag.
"I forgot the most painful part, crunching the seminal vesicles. This hurts worse than a **********, and I forgot to do it. Well, not really. I'm just messing with you. It's the best part!" She genuinely smiles with joy. " Do you remember what I said about your pain scale changing and your having a new 10? Well, I'm sure you had a new 10 before. She gets out a pair of needle nosed pliers, but black and smooth where the metal gripping part would be.
"I had these special ordered for crunching seminal vesicles."

You feel miserable from the pain from your aching genital area, but relief because the crunching pain is gone. She injects your buttock from the side with a thick, painful horse needle.
She gets ten crunches out of you. She drags each crunch out, holding each there for several minutes. She told you she held you on the painful edge of a crunch for 10 minutes one time. You believed her. Somehow, you still feel your anus burning, and your right testicle, between the pain of crunches. Then she says,
"I left out one detail. At some point in your lifetime. It could be 10, 20, or 30 years from now, someone from our group of Revenge Feminists will collect your other testicle. By that time, we hope to have learned to double the pain we inflict. We are working on a brain monitor that detects pain levels to optimize the amount of pain we inflict, to minimize any pleasure, to prevent passing out.
