Herbs for Increasing Testicle Pain

As I aged, my balls got more sensitive. I thought it might be from frequent spankings and squeezings.

The problem is, my penis is less sensitive. I can barely, rarely, even feel slightly uncomfortable if my wife does post orgasm 'torture' on me, which I request. Then ball spankings just feel kind of good, without the ball pain. It used to be more intense, that pleasure-pain intensity. Now it feels kind of nice, but I'm concerned she has to slap hard, hitting the organs that make the testosterone that enable me to continue to have sex with her. I'd rather get more bang for my buck, or bang for her slap, in ball sensation with lighter slaps, and more intensity out of it.

I think it was aging is the reason. My balls are making less stuff. I read another poster was taking HCG, a pregnancy hormone some men take to replace LH, a hormone that triggers production of testosterone.

Here are some herbs I am taking. I can feel my balls getting more sensitive.

• Tribulus Terrestris (Terrestris) - Tribulus terrestris has been claimed to increase testosterone levels and improve sexual function, particularly erectile dysfunction. However, the systematic review of clinical trials suggests that the evidence for its effectiveness in boosting testosterone and improving sexual function is not conclusive. Some studies indicate that it may improve sperm concentration, motility, and viability, which are crucial factors for fertility 1,2.
  
• Shilajit - Shilajit is known for its potential to enhance sperm quality and protect against oxidative damage, which can improve male fertility. It is also believed to support testosterone production and overall energy levels, which can indirectly benefit reproductive health. Studies have shown that Shilajit can boost both total and free testosterone levels, as well as markers of mitochondrial energy, which are important for sperm production and quality 3,4,5.
  
• L-DOPA (from Mucuna Pruriens) - L-DOPA, a precursor to dopamine, has been associated with improvements in sperm quality and testosterone production, particularly in men dealing with stress-related infertility. It may also support mental clarity, which can indirectly benefit sexual health. Mucuna Pruriens contains L-DOPA, which helps regulate mood and hormone levels, potentially improving sperm quality and testosterone production 3,4.
  
• Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) - Gotu Kola is more commonly associated with cognitive enhancement and stress reduction, which can indirectly support overall health, including reproductive health. However, there is limited specific information on its direct effects on sperm or testosterone 6.
  
• Zinc - Zinc is essential for testosterone production and sperm health. It plays a crucial role in maintaining normal testosterone levels and is important for the development and maturation of sperm. Research confirms zinc’s critical role in sperm development and motility, making it a key mineral for male reproductive health 7,6,4.
  
• Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) - Tongkat Ali has been studied for its potential to improve testosterone levels, sperm motility, and semen volume, particularly in men with low semen counts. It is also known for its aphrodisiac properties and may support overall male reproductive health. Clinical studies have shown that Tongkat Ali can significantly improve sperm concentration and motility, with some studies reporting increases in sperm concentration of up to 65.5% at 9 months 7,8,6.
  
• French Pine Bark (Pycnogenol) - French Pine Bark, or Pycnogenol, is known for its antioxidant properties and potential benefits for cardiovascular health. While it is not directly associated with sperm or testosterone enhancement, its antioxidant effects may indirectly support reproductive health by reducing oxidative stress 6.
  
  My blood pressure is not that high, and I think it's gotu kola and maybe L-Dopa, possibly both, that make me feel kind of dizzy, so if I take them, I take them at night.
  
  I suppose it's possible my balls are sensitive from checking them to see if they are sore, or from checking since some mild ball spanking from my wife during a hand job session many days ago. But I think they are more sensitive. I'd say they are more sore with a sharper pain from finger flicks more so than from a deep ball pain. Slaps seem a bit more painful. I don't get that echoing, overwhelming reverberating pain that made me grab my wife's wrist after a couple of slaps from my 20's, which would be cool. But maybe it's turned back a few years for sensitivity.
  
  My left nut, which had shrunk, is more sensitive. Maybe the gotu kola restores that a bit so with the new blood rushing in and revitalizing, its more sensitive.
  
  I also take horse chestnut for the shrunken nut. I've been on that for years.
