Its strange that they ban docking(shortening by surgery) a puppy dogs tail in the UK, but you can legaly cut a bit off an infant/minors penis and call it circumcision. There is absolutely no medical reason, except in a few cases. Why insist on mutilation..........to join a club that the poor baby/infant has no choice in. Some argue its for cleanliness if so then all girls have a greater requirement ????
