Found it like this (IE7, no addon):
1) Go to website containing video: http://motherless.com/9E09016
2) Select from menu View -> Source
3) Search for text "flv" (sometime format is "swf" or "mp4")
4) Copy text "http:// ...... .flv" into address bar
5) Save video :)
