The coroner had to write down something!
I wouldn't be too trusting of everything I read on the internet, especially if it is the just opinion of the coroners in Papua New Guinea who have to come up with something as the cause of death even if there is no evidence. I did a little research on Nuerogenic Shock. It's a real thing that happens when the central nervous system relaxes the walls of the veins and arteries which then causes them to hold much more volume of blood, thus lowering the blood pressure and starving off the brain. Why it happens, other than as a result of brain or spinal cord injury is mostly a mystery. They have blamed it in all manner of deaths including people being hit in the chest by a baseball, being punched by a little brother in the abdomen, and it seems to be related to people who have some medical tendency toward that reaction. You can apparently even be scared into neurogenic shock. If those things can cause this, certainly a kick to the balls can, but inversely you could walk around in a steel jockstrap and still get neurogenic shock from bumping into a wall if that is something you're prone to. I have searched for but not found any medical literature at all that pointed to testicular trauma as being more (or less) a cause of nuerogenic shock than anything else. If anyone has a medical reference that does, I would love to hear about it.

Real Life Testicle ripping story from SKy News.

'I WAS COMPLETELY NAKED, IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN'
A jilted woman who ripped off her ex-lover's testicle with her bare hands has been jailed for two-and-a-half years.
Amanda Monti, 24, flew into a rage after 37-year-old Geoffrey Jones rejected her advances at the end of a drunken party and she yanked off his left testicle.
Monti, of Birkenhead, Merseyside, pleaded guilty to wounding at Liverpool Crown Court last month.
The court heard that Mr Jones had ended his long-term relationship with Monti towards the end of May last year.
The pair remained on good terms and on May 30, they went to a party and then for drinks with friends at Mr Jones's house.
As the night was winding down, Monti told Mr Jones she wanted to discuss their relationship and offered him sex.
When he refused a struggle ensued. Monti was knocked to the floor, from where she pulled down Mr Jones's shorts.
In a statement, he said: "Suddenly she grabbed my genitals and pulled hard. I found I was completely naked and in excruciating pain."
Referring to his friend Danny McDonagh, who was sleeping at the house after the party, Mr Jones said: "I believe Danny walked out shortly afterwards.
"He came into the kitchen and said to me, 'That's yours', and I saw that he was holding one of my testicles."
Monti initially tried to hide the testicle by putting it in her mouth, but released it.

CASTRATI: AN EARLY EXAMPLE OF MEDICAL ENGINEERING
For two hundred years after the early part of the seventeenth century, opera flowered in western music and the most prized and adulated performers in opera were the "castrati". These were young boys who were ********* before puberty in order to produce a singing voice that was prized above all others, both male and female.
A recent article in the "American Scientist" by Enid and Richard Peschel discusses some of the medical aspects of creating pre-pubescent eunuchs, including how their voices developed and how they were affected in other ways.
********** of boys has been performed in many societies for many reasons, including punishment of sexual offenders and producing "safe" guards for the female members of families. Only in Italy was it practiced to enhance the qualities of the human voice.
The total length of a newborn's vocal cords is 6 to 8 mm. As the infant grows, so do the vocal cords, until the age of 6 when they are 12 to 15 mm long in both boys and girls. During adolescence, however, those of girls do not grow much more whereas those of boys grow to a length of 18-23 mm producing the typical low)pitched male voice. During puberty, it is the increased production of androgen hormones in the testes which causes the growth of the vocal cords. Thus if a boy is emasculated before puberty, his vocal cords will not grow with the rest of his body. The character of the voice changes since the sinus and other resonant cavities in the head enlarge and it was this combination of short vocal cords and richer resonance that produced the famous voices that Goethe described as "beautiful and caressing".
Since women were not allowed to sing in church choirs, castrati came into use and were first introduced into the pope's chapel choir in 1599 by Pope Clement VIII. Their acceptance by the church as well as the rise of opera in this period meant that by the eighteenth century, 70 percent of male opera singers were castrati. It can almost be stated that opera was invented for castrati. Many of the most famous composers including Monteverdi, Gluck, Handel and Mozart wrote operas for castrati. When these operas, such as Mozart's "Idomeneo" are performed today with female singers, we may be sure that Mozart's musical intention was different. In spite of the wide acceptance of castrati, the act of emasculation was, and remained, a criminal offense punishable by the civil authority and by excommunication. The result was that the operation was carried out as a crude, dangerous, illegal act that surely led to much death and misery.
Even if the emasculated boy survived, the physical and emotional anguish persisted through life. The medical condition called "primary hypogonadia" does not end with short vocal cords. There are many other effects, including underdeveloped penis and prostate and female, rather than male, distribution of pubic hair and body fat; some castrati developed fatty breasts and buttocks and looked like women. At puberty, the long bones in the arms and legs of boys stop growing because of the androgen hormone balance. In the castrati, this did not happen and so they developed disproportionately long and gangling arms and legs relative to their torso length, a body form called the "eunuchoid appearance". This appearance led to their being mercilessly pilloried by the wits and caricaturists of the day, and one may well imagine that, except for the satisfaction of their art and high salaries, their lives were filled with physical and emotional misery.

Woman squeezes husband's testicles to death
A woman in Cambodia has given herself up to authorities after accidentally killing her husband in a scuffle in which she squeezed his testicles until he fainted, the Rasmei Kampuchea newspaper reported.
Saut Chin, 46, was fed up with physical abuse from her husband when she grabbed his testicles until he passed out in the incident.
Fearing that her husband, Ouch Yan, 52, might regain consciousness and start beating her again, Saut Chin tied his neck with a scarf to a bed, the newspaper said.
The exact cause of Ouch Yan's death was not known.
After discovering that her husband was dead, Saut Chin reported herself to local authorities and asked to be jailed. She said she had not intended to kill her husband "but only to teach him a lesson", according to the newspaper.

He said a woman appeared from the crowd, grabbed his testicles and squeezed hard.
The officer was taken to hospital after experiencing extreme pain in his groin.
The Thai Rath newspaper reports Mr Damrongsak saying he won't press charges if the woman is caught.
He said: "The woman has enough upset in her life because she has just lost her job. I don't want to make things worse for her."
The Metropolitan police are holding a meeting to discuss what can be done to protect officers from similar attacks in the future.

Man with two penises can't get any loving...

Berlin - A German man, who persuaded doctors to give him a second penis, lost his wife after he showed her the result.
Biker Michael Gruber, 40, lost his original penis in a motorbike accident and doctors built him a second one using a mixture of skin, bone and other tissues from his own body.
The makeshift penis worked so well that he was even able to father a child with his wife Bianca, 25, and their son Etienne was born last year.
But Gruber was still not happy and asked doctors to repeat the operation and build him a better organ, to which they agreed.
However, before removing the first penis doctors said they needed to make sure the new tissue transplant was a success, and had to leave the first penis in place.
Dr Markus Kuentscher, a plastic surgeon at Berlin's Accident Hospital, said: "We left the old one attached until the new one is properly supplied with blood."
But when Gruber showed his wife his double penis, she went home, packed her bags and left.
From his hospital bed he said: "I've got two penises but no wife, but I am hoping when I get rid of one of the penises I will get her back."
His testicles are intact and will be connected to his new penis when doctors are happy the operation was a success.
His story was this week featured on a German TV documentary called The Last Penis Operation.
