I believed is was intentionally done to be able to handle lots of stomping and Kicking.
Maybe a misunderstanding.
It it ist due to medical reasons it is better to have plastic than nothing at all.

Are you guys mad? Nut stomping must be agony. When I see a guy get kicked during sport or something they roll around for ages. How can some guys get their balls stood on?!? I would think that they would burst. Is it faked? Is she hanging on the ceiling in the photos on the pages at the beginning?

In some of the vids posted here you'll clearly see that there's no trickery involved although the femdommes don't ever actually use theire full weight unless the balls are on a soft surface.
