Doug Lenhart is a learned man, but he's no physician, a fact he admitted in a guilty plea yesterday to charges that he posed as a doctor and seriously injured a McKeesport woman seeking a gender change operation.

Lenhart, who has a doctorate in business administration, last year answered an Internet ad from the desperate, 45-year-old woman seeking to have her male genitalia removed.

The botched operation was performed Sept. 12 in the woman's dining room. Lenhart, 48, had suggested doing it in a hotel because his medical facilities were not available.

Without the use of anesthesia, Lenhart began removing the testicles when the woman began bleeding profusely and passing in and out of consciousness because of the pain, Assistant District Attorney Janet Necessary said yesterday.

A friend called 911 and Lenhart left the residence before police and paramedics arrived. The woman spent two days recovering in the hospital.

Lenhart, who said he is from Kansas, had been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and unauthorized practice of medicine or surgery.

Necessary agreed to withdraw one count of aggravated assault in exchange for Lenhart's plea.

Common Pleas Judge John A. Zottola set sentencing for Sept. 30.

Lenhart told police that he has performed such surgeries in the past on people and animals without complications.

Zottola continued Lenhart's bail and allowed him to return to Kansas pending sentencing."

A pregnant wife has been given a suspended jail sentence for cutting off the penis of her cheating husband after he threatened to divorce her.

Nguyen Thi Thu H, 31, said she took a pair of scissors to her husband's genitalia following a row and his sexual misdemeanours.

She told the court in Lam Dong, Vietnam, that he slapped her after she refused to buy him more wine and then threatened a divorce.

The defendant said her paediatrician husband's marital affairs were the cause of their disagreements.

Nguyen decided to hack off her 38-year-old husband's penis while he lay in a drunken stupor in bed.

But after seeing how badly he was bleeding, she took him to hospital for treatment.

The court handed the woman a 20-month suspended sentence because she had shown remorse and was seven months pregnant.

Amanda Monti, 24, grabbed Jeffrey Jones, 37, by the genitals in a rage after he refused to have sex.

She ripped off his left testicle leaving him in "excruciating pain". Monti, just 5ft 2in, then put it in her mouth to hide it.

The testicle was later found by a pal of Mr Jones who handed it back, saying: "That's yours." Doctors were unable to re-attach it.

The victim told Liverpool Crown Court how he had earlier ended their relationship but Monti refused to accept it.

After a party at his home in Netherton, she wanted sex but he was not interested. There was a struggle and she ripped off his shorts leaving him in his pants....

Ouch. I guess she takes the award for worst girlfriend ever! But at least she left him with one, so she isn't all bad.

I read an article once about a couple in Canada where the wife yanked off her husbands balls during a fight after he came home drunk. An ambulance was called and the police wanted to charge her despite her husbands protests (he must have been pretty loyal despite their differences) and I think it went to court but he got her off.

Later he said the worst thing about it was being the butt of lots of jokes.(!)

I know some guys here will think these these are hugely funny, but I thougt I would post the link for those that think they woud like to take a full force kick or squeeze :)

Personally I nearly vomited when I read them.

I wouldn't be too trusting of everything I read on the internet, especially if it is the just opinion of the coroners in Papua New Guinea who have to come up with something as the cause of death even if there is no evidence. I did a little research on Nuerogenic Shock. It's a real thing that happens when the central nervous system relaxes the walls of the veins and arteries which then causes them to hold much more volume of blood, thus lowering the blood pressure and starving off the brain. Why it happens, other than as a result of brain or spinal cord injury is mostly a mystery. They have blamed it in all manner of deaths including people being hit in the chest by a baseball, being punched by a little brother in the abdomen, and it seems to be related to people who have some medical tendency toward that reaction. You can apparently even be scared into neurogenic shock. If those things can cause this, certainly a kick to the balls can, but inversely you could walk around in a steel jockstrap and still get neurogenic shock from bumping into a wall if that is something you're prone to. I have searched for but not found any medical literature at all that pointed to testicular trauma as being more (or less) a cause of nuerogenic shock than anything else. If anyone has a medical reference that does, I would love to hear about it.

Yes, I would give less credibilty to it if it was a bush doctor, but most coroners and the like in PNG are Australian, and yes, it is just their opinion, I only posted this to point out to SOME guys here who carry on about how they would SOOOOOOO love a full force kick to the balls that ther IS sone risk involved. I am NOT saying dont do it, just know the risk.

People who want this are always going to poo poo any person who says its a risk, I fully understand that. I was just trying to put another side to it.

I would think that a full force kick could kill someone only if they have pre-existing conditions. Like say heart problems. So I agree there are always risks. Other than that I would think no matter how hard you kick a man it isn't going to kill him. Of course there are other risks like possible testicle damage while it won't kill any one it would probably be unpleasant. I hear from guys all the time that say they want a full force kicks. My assumption is because you've never had a full force kick. If you did you wouldn't want it again. But that's my thought. I really don't care for pain myself, just giving it.

Giving less credibiliy to a bush doctor, and conversely more cred to someone with a 'better' degree, is an ad hominem fallacy.

I would just looooooove a full-force kick in the balls, preferably from EvilGrl. However, I know it must remain in fantasy and that, in reality, I have to stick with low-level hits and squeezes -- and even they carry a risk of damage of some kind. Oh, and I know that EvilGrl probably doesn't actually dream of getting to be my sex slave some day... Darn it.

I've read the Moro case before; the disgusting part about it was getting seven years for killing someone and that the sentence would be reduced by having your family fork over some cash and some pigs to another family.

As to medical evidence of neurogenic shock: neither the Chinese nor the Europeans have anywhere near full knowledge of how everything works in the human body. "Neurogenic shock" may exist but its causes may be from any of various sources and/or still be under consideration. A friend of mine has parasensitive nerves, and I can't find anything on her condition because it is so rare. Neurogenic shock also appears to be rare, so expect not to find much, if anything, on it.

Full-force blows to any part of the human body can cause trauma; best to keep our fun a bit limited so that it stays fun and not disastrous!

I'd trust individual males who hve been kicked in the nuts to have some sense of their limits; Magnum and Tamakeri obviously both have limits higher than mine, but they probably have some idea of when to say, "Tooo much! Let's take a break! Damn, baby; is it your time of the month or something?"

By the way: asking, "Is it your time of the month or something?" is a great way to get a ballbuster to stop kicking you. Okay, did ANYBODY believe me? Even for a second? Well, all right, then, now you know what NOT to say.

Provided that a person receives medical care soon enough, most damage to the human body is not fatal. Some things that are comparable would be destroying an eye, a kidney, or perhaps damage to the throat: they could be fatal if left untreated, but modern medical science can do wonders. A broken testicle, if left untreated, would have a pretty good chance of being a fatal injury.

A jilted woman who ripped off her ex-lover's testicle with her bare hands has been jailed for two-and-a-half years.

Amanda Monti, 24, flew into a rage after 37-year-old Geoffrey Jones rejected her advances at the end of a drunken party and she yanked off his left testicle.


Monti, of Birkenhead, Merseyside, pleaded guilty to wounding at Liverpool Crown Court last month.

The court heard that Mr Jones had ended his long-term relationship with Monti towards the end of May last year.

The pair remained on good terms and on May 30, they went to a party and then for drinks with friends at Mr Jones's house.

As the night was winding down, Monti told Mr Jones she wanted to discuss their relationship and offered him sex.

When he refused a struggle ensued. Monti was knocked to the floor, from where she pulled down Mr Jones's shorts.

In a statement, he said: "Suddenly she grabbed my genitals and pulled hard. I found I was completely naked and in excruciating pain."

Referring to his friend Danny McDonagh, who was sleeping at the house after the party, Mr Jones said: "I believe Danny walked out shortly afterwards.

"He came into the kitchen and said to me, 'That's yours', and I saw that he was holding one of my testicles."

Monti initially tried to hide the testicle by putting it in her mouth, but released it.

Man, that party sounds fucked...

I love to be busted. Seriously. But if the sentence is for only 2 1/2 years, it should be: "The Crown sentences Monti to serve two years and six months in a closet with her legs tied, spread apart, to have vsits three times daily by Julie18nz, and the sounds issuing therefrom to be ignored by the guards. Otherwise, Monti is to be kept in clean conditions with access to bread and water.
"At the end of the sentence, Monti shall be required to keep the victim's left testicle in her mouth for a period of not less than three (3) months. I know a guy who got about the same amount of time for possession of just under one gram of marijuana. They had a plea bargain to something like 12 months, and the judge increased it ridiculously because this guy was a member of the Socialist Party.

Forgive me, but last I looked, it wasn't actually illegal to be a member of the Socialists, just kind of odd. Also, last I looked, girlfriends did not have the right to detach their man's testicles - it sounds like there might be some gray area as to whether or not ex-girlfriends have this right... Did monti get 2 1/2 years for yanking down his shorts or for RIPPING ONE OF HIS BALLS OFF?

Hey! Let's all write to the judge and ask him what he thinks would be an appropriate penalty if HIS WIFE rips ONE OF HIS BALLS OFF and stuffs it in her mouth!
