i currently am in a CB2000. This is an old design that from what i understand has been discontinued but can still be ordered. This design is more of a cage where newer CB units are solid plastic curved sheaths. The 2000 is a little clumbsy due to its construction but it works for us. The cage allows Her to access and tease my penis while inside it and allows for cleaning while wearing. While i have no experience i think the solid designs would get limit wear time due to the lack of ventilation and ablilty to keep clean.
