The gender point Alec raises is interesting. We're dealing with a fantasy biological sex here (born appearing female but developing male primary sexual characteristics at puberty, but retaining female secondary characteristics) but gender being a social construct, Cassie and Samantha both identify as feminine, they're "she"s. Similar conventions are generally used with transmen and transwomen who haven't had "bottom surgery"; it's polite to use the gender the individual identifies as. See, e.g. Buck Angel, the Man With a Pussy.
So a question I have, these are ungodly long posts I'm cramming into the thread. I don't want to derail things, and some of the chapters might contain less ball abuse than others (e.g. the next chapter will likely deal with Samantha dealing with and recovering from the results of her injuries, probably no new mutilations). So I'm wondering if it would be more apropos to start a blogspot or submit to another site, such as literotica (a portmanteau of literary and erotica, if the site name gets filtered).
A site like literotica could be good, but be sure you have backups!
