I generally consider myself fairly well versed with ballbusts from anime and manga, but I have NEVER seen that one. Anyone who likes ballbusting in the manga-art style should definitely go check it out. Wow. Just... wow.
EDIT - As an aside, I have no idea what the name of that short is. The art style does remind me of Kami Tora's stuff, though, mostly due to some of the cartoonier expressions and, er, the cartoonier "swelling".
