Where did homosexual come from? Nobody had mentioned that up to now. Never heard the term gay used to indicate stupid, but there again I am only a country boy.
OK maybe we have drifted of topic a little. Its obviusly upset some sensitive people. I dont know about the other guys pictured but I am a straight hetro and like a lot of other guys into ballbusting (in a mild way) I like the idea of having bigger balls for the lady to play with. To answer your questions, as best I can.
There seems to be two ways of going about this. One is to pump up the scrotum realy big, (hence the ref to Grapefruit size) by vacuum, usual using warm water in the vacuum cylinder. The scrotum fills with lymph fluid and usualy takes a couple of days to return to normal size. This does permanently stretch the scrotum which is usefull if you are also using other methods, weights or whatever to stretch the balls down. They need some where to go.
Personaly I dont like the grapefruit effect, its more of a big scrotum, not big balls. in fact its dificult to feel the balls through all that fluid.
The other way is to pump for shorter time just to make the balls big and hard. This does seem to be a permanent enlargement over time.
My goal is for big low hanging balls so I do the short pump and wear split collar weights every day. Occaisionaly I do the big pump just to stretch the scrotum for a bit more room.
I am told that anything that interferes with the normal temperature conrtol feature built into your balls (pull up & down) will reduce the ability to make babies. but I think that it is a recoverable condition.
