It was a difficult and tedious process to make this video. First, getting a shot of her chewing molars was extremely difficult. Just using her fingers to pull back her lips, as she did for the previous two biting videos, was no longer an option. From what I wrote before, you know about the lady's 'apprehensions'. It basically means that everything is off limits, her face, cheeks, lips, hands, fingers, clothes, furniture, and other stuff... except her teeth. From fighting a short bout of periodontitis that she had some time ago, she still had a cheek retractor, which came in mighty handy for getting this shot. By using this thing on only one side of her face we were able to get a shot of her chewing molars without her fingers, lips or cheek occluding the shot. The second hurdle that had to be taken was in editing the video. I had to learn how to blur out the background in the part of the video that shows off the bite marks, because her hands and some of her stuff in the background were visible in most parts of it. As the video was shot with her camera and she only allowed me to edit the video on her computer under her watchful eyes, it took more time than I thought. Some people asked me to make the camera files available to them, or a version that is a bit more zoomed out. If you were planning to ask me a similar question, don't bother, because I myself do not even have those files. The only files I have are the ones I posted here. She's a smart lady, isn't she.
From the three videos that I posted, this is the least arousing one to me personally. That's probably because the angle of the shot is no longer looking natural to my eyes. How often do you see teeth from this angle? If you're a dentist, quite often, otherwise, probably never? Well, at least it was a fun experiment. I primarily like the video because it strongly brings back the sensation of the chewing session when watching it. Not having that privilege, I hope some of you still like the video.
The whole session lasted about three minutes, I was not able to endure more. Out of these three minutes of raw footage, I was able to edit 45 seconds worth showing, the rest is unwatchable due to either excessive camera shake, the retractor shifting out of place, or lips or cheek occluding the shot despite of the retractor. Chewing with the retractor in her cheek also caused pain in her cheek and jaw to arise after the session that lasted for a couple of hours. Because of this, it is highly unlikely that there will be a chewing sequel coming from us shot in this way.
