There's plenty of ballbusting in the Arab world from the stories I hear. Although I doubt there's much probability of it turning Tim Osman into a better man. Liking having your balls busted is hardly a guarantee that you're going to be anything but an asshole (as this forum often illustrates).

Well, the story I remember most was on a blog where this ex-dominatrix was talking about an Arabic guy who used to come see her because he missed the ballbusting sessions he used to have with his wife. I'm not sure if his wife died or they were divorced but he told this dom that his wife used call him "the balls" and totally squeeze his balls and drag him around by them and generally completely abuse him. The dom also said that she wasn't able to abuse him as much as wife used to....
