To me, when a woman is wearing a long sleeve shirt and she has her arms bare to somewhere above her elbows with her sleeves rolled up like that, she somehow seems much more powerful, dominant, and omnipotent like Goddess Herself.
That's what it is with me and women with their sleeves rolled up.
Also if a woman was wearing a long sleeve shirt and she was going to perform a surgical **********, I'm sure she would roll her sleeves up well above her elbows to do it.
But mostly it's a female dominance/male submission thing with me.
