Having seen this needle play thought I might give it a try. Using regular surgical needles about 1 1/2" long. Keeping everything clean with alcohol I gave it a try. No problem, pushed it in to the hilt of the needle, some very minor burning intially when it pierced the scrotum. No problem going into the testicle, some water ran out the needle, other than that no issues. Getting thumped in the testicles hurts much worse than inserting a needle. Next to try 4" needle through both at one time, see how that works.

This practice has always had such a strong allure for me. To be able to bear such pain for someone is truly magical. It seems this is very risky though. Just thinking about it...goosebumps.
I'm new to this forum and am into minor body mods and definately into sticking needles in my balls. The only problem living where I do it is difficult to purchase medical needles so I've been stuck (pun intended) using sewing needles. This works but I can't find sewing needles long enough to push all the through my balls. Guess I'll have to wait until I go back to the US on vacation.
