Nora and Sami ask Ms. Bliss how she controls her male servants and force them to do just what is asked of them. Ms. Bliss has her naked fool come into the room. Bliss proudly talks about how she ingeniously fashioned a dog-shock collar to where she has strapped it around her slave's penis and testicles. Bliss has the fool show the ladies how the electronic harness is wrapped around his penis and balls while Ms. Bliss explains how they deliver an electric shock using the remote device in her hand. It has a voltage meter that increases the intensity, and she demonstrates his different reactions at different intensities.

She tells the girls this is the one designed for the largest dogs, thus giving the largest shock. As might be expected, a dog's neck is insulated by fur, yet still responds quickly to the shock. However, here the electrodes are not insulated; rather, Ms. Bliss has them firmly touching his naked balls. As she increases the voltage, his flinches turn to jerks, then, to outright yells and dropping at the highest of the intensities. The girls giggle in delight as they observe his pain increase finding it funnier and funnier the higher the voltage is increase. The enjoyment results in their wanting to take turns "shocking the monkey's balls", with Ms. Bliss giving each a turn with it. They truly enjoy this new device, and Ms. Bliss is commended for her clever use. The last one asks Ms. Bliss "can I turn it up?" and Ms. Bliss quickly responses "Sure!", and the shock is the hardest yet making him drop to the ground, bringing the girls great pleasure. The new toy is a success as the ladies have a great time "shocking the monkey".

It's my understanding that these shock devices have been refined and now developed specifically for testicles (human). Does anyone have any experience with these?
