The Surgery

You want the surgery right? The snip? The one that will change you forever. That's why you're here, isn't it? I do that surgery for free. The only payment is my own satisfaction. I will try to make it as painless as possible with a numbing shot to the balls. No general anaesthesia. First, I will mark the skin, snip it with scissors, and then squeeze out your testicles. Then I will show them to you, rearrange your scrotum, and stitch it back up. Then you'll be fully neutered for your new life as a eunuch. Get your tongue and fingers ready. Your balls were useless anyway.
