A position that is good for it is a kind of reverse missionary with the male on top. He faces toward her feet. The penis enters in at a weird angle which could be less than optimal for either him or her. But she can see his balls right there about as close as her clitoris at the bottom of the down stroke (if he enters all the way.) So she can smack or squeeze the testicles in that position. It may make it easier and more comfortable for her to play with them if she is propped up on a pillow. If she aims well, she can give him a ball spanking while he thrusts. She may be able to squeeze him as well.

However, I l-o-v-e; licking, mouthing, and sucking his balls! Many men enjoy the former. However, far fewer men seem to enjoy the latter. I expect this is because; if a woman employs too much pressure (or twists the wrong way), she can send a wave of pain crashing through a man's system. Sometimes, strong enough to cause a loss of erection. Hubby will not permit me to suck on his 'crown jewels'. I expect, probably for that reason... too bad!
