In response to Alec, I did mention my testicular pain to my MD. I did not mention my ball busting fetish or being kicked full force. She ordered a scrotal ultrasound which was a memorable experience.
I had to work with my doctor's nurse to setup a time at the ultrasound clinic. They set me up with a late morning appointment 3 days after my medical visit. I arrived at the clinic and checked in at the ultrasound department. A pregnant woman checked in front of me. After I checked in I sat down in the lobby wondering who my ultrasound tech would be. A few minutes later, the door opened and a 50 year old looking Caucasian woman came out. She called the name of the pregnant woman that checked in before me. Three or four minutes later the door opened again, it looked like another pregnant woman patient leaving. I think pregnant women are most of this clinics ultrasound patients. About 5 minutes later the door opened again, out came a 25 year old looking Caucasian woman. She was very beautiful and wearing the same uniform as the 50 year old. She called my name.
She greeted me and took me back to a ultrasound room. She said she will be doing the ultrasound of both my right and left testicles. She handed me a thin sheet and pillow. She told me to get naked from the waist down, leave my socks on and then lay down on the table. She left the room and I took off my pants and underwear and got on top to the table and covered my privates with the sheet. I said to myself this is going to be hard to hold the boy down.
She knocked on the door and asked if I was ready, I said yes and she came in. She started by asking me questions. Have you every had an ultrasound, I said no. What is the reason for the ultrasound, any masses or lumps? I said no, it was for testicular pain. She asked if I had any recent trauma to the testicles. I lied and said no. She told me to put my feet in the stirrups and then she sat in her chair next to me and the ultrasound machine.
She removed the sheet exposing my privates. The room was very warm and my balls were loose. She flipped my totally limp penis upwards so it was pointing towards my navel. She then covered my penis with a towel. She then put her hand under my scrotum and lifted up my balls and placed a tightly wound up towel underneath them. She was very pleasant to talk to and seemed to have sweet flirty personality. She explained everything she was doing during the procedure. Before staring the ultrasound, she squirted warmed up ultrasound gel on my scrotum and rubbed it in. She said she wanted to first take images of both my boys together. After that she moved to the right testicle moving the the transducer probe back and forth over my testicle. After she was done wit the right testicle she moved to the left.
She took many images to my testicles from different positions, images of my epididymides and spermatic cords. She took live Doppler video of blood flow to my testicles. She also took measurements of my testicles which was part to the exam. My balls were close in size with my right being slightly larger. My right testicle was 5.4 x 3.9 x 2.4 centimeters. I think that is the length, width and height. I asked her it that is normal size. She said my testicles were large in size. She said she measured some guy's testicles the were not swollen at over 6 CM in length.
The procedure lasted about 20 minutes. I was having the urge to get and erection but managed to keep the boy down. She was moving my balls around and about half way through the procedure she pressed down hard on my right testicle with the transducer prob which seemed to flatten it. She asked me if that hurts. I said no, that was all the stimulus I could take and up she went. I saw the towel covering my penis rising up. When she was finished, I was popping a tent with a hard erection. She looked at me with a smirk on her face and said there are towels by the sink to clean the gel off before I get dressed. She said the radiologist will contact my doctor with the results.
When I walked out the the room, she was sitting at a desk in a room next to the room I had the exam. There was a large screen monitor on the desk and she had a cross section image of one of my testicles on the screen. The radiologist did not find any abnormalities with my testicle, except my right epididymide had some minor blood pooling which might be causing the pain. My doctor thought I might be developing epididymitis and prescribed the antibiotic Cipro. The Cipro did not seemed to help any.
